Vat Washer

Sulles Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time Vat Washer to join our Team. 

A TASTE OF THE ROLE

• Conduct CIP (Cleaning in Place) and COP (Cleaning out of Place) cleaning of Vats, Churns, Valves, Pumps and Lines ensuring that the required cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards. 
• Conduct titration testing of diluted chemical to ensure correct chemical strengths are present during the cleaning process. 
• Complete the day-to-day Maintenance as per Maintenance data base. 
• Support the Production Team by conducting miscellaneous duties as required. 
• Use computer systems to completed a wide range of tasks.
• Ordering of chemical from store room as required 

 REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time attendance required
• Showing focus and attention to quality and safety on a daily base.
• Documentation and records correctly completed, and within allocated time frames.
• Flexibility and adaptability to re-prioritise tasks as required.
• No micro contamination due to un-serviced parts
• Previous experience in a food production / manufacturing environment (Factory)
• Exceptionally high standard of detail and cleaning
• Trained and experienced in Chemical handling and storage
• Trained and experienced in General Maintenance practices (GMP)
• Previous experience with data documentation. 
• Proven ability to problem-solve.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Proven ability to work alone.
• Intermediate computer literacy, Mathematical abilities, and English skills
• Proven experience in meeting employment-related KPI’s
• Flexibility with work hours i.e., able to work shift work and short notice change
• Australian working rights
